I am a Colorado native with a lot of life experience in many other states and a few countries. This view of the world has opened my eyes to many creative and fun ways to celebrate your unity to one of the most important people in your life. The first wedding that I officiated was in the 1990's in Florida. It was a family affair that included the bride, the groom and the children. Each family member was an important part of the ceremony. That was the beginning of my interest in custom weddings. Working with Maureen and Lyssabeth's Wedding Officiants gives me the opportunity to share ideas and to give you a variety of choices.
My husband Dave and I were married in Florida on a yacht on the St. John's River. We had my long time companion and best friend, Klutzie, as our flower dog. A good friend performed the ceremony that included vows that we had written. Our photographer/videographer was terrible, but the pig roast reception that followed was so much fun. The bottom line is that after 28 yrs. we are still married and we have those great memories. That's what I wish for you and I believe that I can help you with your own unforgettable, wonderful story.
When I'm not officiating weddings, I enjoy do it yourself projects, gardening, reading, geocaching, spending time with our kids and our grandson, traveling and hanging out with friends. Our kitties, Punkin, Destiny and Dusty are a daily source of entertainment.
I look forward to getting together to discuss your vision for your event. Let's work together to make your special day a joy to remember! I work with a large network of wedding officiants that provide a pool of fresh ideas. I would personally be honored to be a part of your most important day.
