For our wedding, my husband and I chose a kind and lighthearted officiant to conduct the ceremony. She was a calm voice of reason amidst the wedding chaos who did not mind the tears streaming down my face as I said my vows. When the opportunity arose to become a wedding officiant, I was incredibly excited. I knew I wanted to provide others with the same sense of relaxed joy that my officiant brought to my wedding. My goal is to be a source of continuous encouragement so you can relax and truly enjoy the moment when you begin life together as a married couple.
My passion for weddings and engaged couples began when I first formed my business "Global Wedding Dance", which involves teaching and choreographing wedding dances. At the time I knew I loved teaching others to dance, but did not know I would have such a great time with engaged couples! I love meeting new people, helping them sort out a small bit of wedding chaos, and coming home thinking how great it is to see people who are in love. My favorite compliments come from couples who tell me how much fun they had, and how relaxing and stress free their time with me was.
My other passion in life, besides weddings, is dance. In addition to teaching and choreographing wedding dance lessons, I am also a professional Ballroom, Hula, Bollywood, and Bellydance performer! I am incredibly fortunate to have a husband and daughter who encourage me on all my ventures and attend my public performances. I love spending time with them, whether we are outside sledding on a snowy day or inside remodeling the house. I also love eating, which means I spend a lot of time cooking, with varying degrees of success.
Congratulations on your engagement, and I wish you all the best for your future together! I look forward to meeting you, answering your questions, and working together to make your wedding day a cherished memory.
